Pope Francis Haven Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Spokane Valley, Washington.

The Spokane Housing Authority (SHA) Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Pope Francis Haven Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted from July 6, 2020 at 8:00 am, until June 25, 2021 at 5:00 pm PT.

• Pope Francis Haven Apartments is located at 16412 E Sprague Ave Spokane Valley, WA 99037. This complex opened in 2017 and offers 51 service enriched two and three bedroom units for homeless families with children.

There are five ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Print the paper application that is available online. Please note: As of June, 2021, the online link leads to an error page. A working link has not yet been found.
2. Pick up a paper application from the Pope Francis Haven Apartments leasing office, located at 16412 E Sprague Ave Spokane Valley, WA 99037.
3. Call the Pope Francis Haven Apartments leasing office at (509) 960- 7620.
4. Email the SHA at [email protected].
5. Call the Homeless Family Coordinated Assessment at (509) 325-5005.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
